The Spanish + Internship programme offered by K2 Internacional consists of a Spanish language course combined with an internship held in different companies of Cadiz city.

This programme provides students with an opportunity to grow both personally and professionally. It is intended for students who desire to expand their educational experience beyond the traditional classroom setting by working directly within another culture. It engages students in meaningful work experiences while helping them gain understanding, acquire knowledge, and develop the necessary skills for living in a globally interdependent and culturally diverse world. In addition to working, students attend Spanish lessons to improve language proficiency.

Hotel management, catering, tourism, commerce and marketing, cuisine and cooking, finance, graphic design, IT, education, client attention… are some of the areas where we can place students for international work experience and language improvement.

*Placement depends on a number of factors (availability in the company, your level of Spanish, your CV, etc.)

Students applying for this programme do not have to be professionals in the company’s field of activity. They receive all the necessary training for the completion of their job from the host company.

Starting dates:	Every Monday of the year
Lessons per week:	20 hours of General Spanish Course
Lesson duration:	45 min
Levels:	Minimum level required: Intermediate B1
Special requirements:	– Minimum age 18 years old. – Preferred placement choice must be communicated to K2 Internacional at least two months in advance. – A minimum of 2 week of intensive course in our language school before starting the internship. – Students must send us by email the following: o  English or Spanish CV. o  A copy of their passport. o  A copy of their medical insurance. o An authorisation letter from the internship coordinator at your university to start a programme with us, indicating the start and end dates of your period abroad.

 Internship at K2 Internacional

K2 Internacional is also one of the companies where you can do your internship. An internship at K2 Internacional is perfect for candidates wishing to live in Spain and improve their Spanish level in an economical way by being involved in Spanish language education. The internship holder should have a desire to utilize and develop organizational skills in a dynamic environment and have a keen interest in improving their Spanish, and their interpersonal and client attention skills within a Spanish office and academy environment.

These are some of the general tasks you will be doing during their internship:

• Administrative tasks: receiving and sending emails, drafting letters, attending telephone, etc.
• International promotions and marketing tasks.
• Translation of promotional materials, documents, manuals, etc.
• Collaboration with the academic department.
• Creating databases and the organisation of them.
• Client attention.
• Company management.
