CANCELLATIONS

The student should send a letter to K2 Internacional by recorded delivery. The date of cancellation will be the date K2 Internacional receives the letter.

  1. If the cancellation is made more than 20 days before the start of the course: K2 Internacional will return 100% of the money paid by the student, except the reservation deposit (€200), which covers the costs incurred by the school.

  2. If the cancellation is made between 20 and 7 days before the start of the course: The student will have to pay for one week of the course and accommodation.

  3. If the cancellation is made less than 7 days before or during the course (from the start date): The student does not have the right to a total or partial refund. In this case, the school will provide a voucher equal in value to the remainder of the course (not for accommodation) for registration in another course within 12 months.

  4. If the cancellation is due to reasons beyond the student's control that prevent them from attending or continuing their course, the student should provide sufficient documentation (medical, legal, visa denial, etc.) to K2 Internacional. In this case, K2 Internacional will refund the cost for the remainder of the course or offer a voucher for another course (see previous point).

  5. Students who have requested a private apartment will not receive any form of refund for accommodation under any circumstances.

CHANGES

If, after completing registration, the student wishes to change dates, course type, or accommodation, they should notify the school at least 2 weeks before the start date (4 weeks in high season). Changes are subject to availability and should be justified. There is no extra charge for making changes, and the student will only need to pay if there is a price difference.

INSURANCE

K2 Internacional has Civil Responsibility insurance that covers incidents occurring within the school or any accidents students may suffer on their way to or from their accommodation, as well as during activities organized by the school. We recommend that students take out insurance in their country of residence covering:

  1. Medical assistance (especially for those not belonging to the European Union). EU students should request the International Health Card in their country.

  2. Costs of trip cancellation, civil responsibility, and loss of luggage.

VISA

Citizens of EU countries do not need a visa to enter Spain. Students from other countries should obtain information on visa requirements from the nearest Spanish Embassy or Consulate. Certificates confirming a student's enrollment at K2 Internacional can only be signed, sealed, and sent by authorized K2 Internacional staff. The school is not responsible for rejected visa applications. These certificates have no official validity and only serve as confirmation of a course at one of our schools. Such documents will only be sent to cover the duration of the course initially contracted by the student. K2 Internacional will send, free of charge, to any student who requests them:

  1. Confirmation of the chosen Spanish program.

  2. Invoice for the total program cost (course + accommodation).

If a student visa is rejected, K2 Internacional will refund the program cost minus €200 and any additional basic costs. The student must provide formal proof (original copy) of visa rejection to K2 Internacional to receive a refund. If this original copy is not received by K2 Internacional, 100% of the program cost will be charged.
